That is the question that you will hear every time you come into any of our stores. Oxford Lumber has recently completed our Ace Customer First training. Oxford Lumber has always been known for great service. However, we think that you will notice that we have pumped our service to the next level.
We challenge you to find another business of our nature to offer you better service. In fact, if you do experience better service elsewhere --- please tell us. Also, if you experience poor service at any of our stores --- please tell us that as well. We aim to please you . . . everytime you walk into our store.
One aspect of Customer First that has improved customer service is that all of our store personnel are now wearing radio/headsets. That means that all of our staff members in each store is now able to instantly communicate with every other staff member in that store.
And that means 100% improvement in service to you - our valued customer.
